Warranty Coverage

Savage Industries provides a comprehensive one (1) year limited warranty on all custom-built computer systems from the date of delivery. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

What's Covered:

  • All system components including parts and labor
  • Priority technical support during the warranty period
  • Repair or replacement of defective components at our discretion
  • Return shipping costs to the customer after warranty service

Lifetime Technical Support

The original purchaser receives lifetime technical support for their Savage Industries system. Our experienced team is available to assist with troubleshooting, software questions, and hardware guidance throughout the life of your system.

Warranty Limitations

This warranty does NOT cover:

  • Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, or unauthorized modifications
  • Damage from power surges, electrical issues, or environmental factors
  • Software issues, viruses, or data loss
  • Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage
  • Systems with major component replacements performed by the customer without prior authorization
  • Shipping costs to Savage Industries for warranty service

Important Notice

Please contact our technical support team before undertaking any DIY major component changes. Unauthorized modifications or component replacements may void your warranty coverage and lifetime technical support. We're here to help guide you through any upgrades or changes you'd like to make.

Warranty Service Process

Contact Support

Join our Discord server or contact us through our website to report the issue. Our technical support team will troubleshoot and determine if warranty service is required.

Authorization

If warranty service is approved, we'll provide you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and shipping instructions.

Shipping

Securely package your system and ship it to our facility. Customer is responsible for shipping costs to Savage Industries.

Repair & Return

We'll diagnose, repair, and test your system. Upon completion, we'll ship it back to you at our expense.

Geographic Limitations

Warranty service is available exclusively to customers within the continental United States. We are unable to provide warranty service for systems shipped to or located outside this region.

Special Order Components

Special order items and components are covered by the manufacturer's warranty only. Savage Industries will assist in facilitating manufacturer warranty claims for these items.

THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. SAVAGE INDUSTRIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE PRODUCT.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

SAVAGE INDUSTRIES RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MAKE CHANGES TO THIS WARRANTY POLICY AT ANY TIME. THE MOST CURRENT VERSION OF THIS WARRANTY WILL BE POSTED ON OUR WEBSITE.
